CANCELLATION POLICY

For bookings with not refundable rate the hotel will charge the total amount at the confirmation; all the not refundable rates’ reservations do not gives the chance of refund in any case and are not part of the following cancellation policies (valid only for standard rate’s bookings).

For bookings with refundable rate (standard rate) the hotel will preauthorize the total amount of the reservation 14 days prior the arrival (at the expire of the free cancellation policy) on the credit card provided by the guest at confirmation as guarantee for the booking.

This the policies valid only for Standar Rate’s reservations:

• If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100 percent of the total price of reservation will be charged.
• If early departure the reservation will be considered as Not Refundable and will be charged the 100 percent of the total price of reservation.
